The Property Franchise Group - Sending Landlord Terms 2026

The Property Franchise Group have prepared their Landlord Terms of Business template with SignatureSense tags so that the documents are ready to be issued via the SignatureSense portal with ease.

Please follow these steps:

1) Generate the document in their system (e.g Jupix) with the property and fees information set as needed.

2) Download the resulting Terms of Business PDF.

3) On SignatureSense, click "New Document" and provide a name for the document.

4) On the next screen, instead of selecting a template, upload the PDF document using the Upload button at the bottom of the screen. Click continue.

5) Click "Add Signatory" and enter the Landlord name, email address and select "LL1" from the dropdown "Placeholder" list.  Save the Signatory.

6) To add yourself as an agent signatory click "Add yourself as a signatory" and select "AG1" from the dropdown "Placeholder" list.

7) Continue the the next confirmation screens to send the document for signing.
