Reapit PDF Conversion Issue 17th Oct 2025

On Friday 17th Oct 2025, until approximately 11:30AM, any documents created using the "Convert to PDF" tool in the Reapit / SignatureSense App were generated as blank documents.

Any effected documents will need to be converted to PDF again and re-sent for signing.   You can double check the PDF document by opening it via the Letters area of Reapit.  It's recommended that you delete the blank version from Letters so that you do not accidently resend it.  You can also Cancel the document via the SignatureSense App.

You can use the "Report" button within the SignatureSense app to see which documents you sent on the 17th Oct.

Why did this happen?

The SignatureSense App requests documents from Reapit via their API.  Unfortunately Reapit made an update to this process unexpectedly on the 17th which meant the document sent for conversion to PDF was blank.

We are hoping for an update shortely from Reapit as to why their document delivery process changed on the 17th Oct with no warning.
