Reapit App Scaling Issue

Symptom

The SignatureSense App in Reapit is not displaying correctly or not responding as expected but a button is clicked.

Possible Issue

The user's computer has applied "Scaling" / Zooming to their display or screen settings in Windows.

Solution

Adjust display scaling in Windows 11 back to 100%.

Right-click on an empty area of your desktop and select Display settings.
Alternatively, press Windows + I to open Settings, go to System, then click Display.
Scroll to the Scale & layout section.
Click the dropdown menu under Scale and choose 100%.
If prompted, sign out and sign back in for changes to take effect.
