Embedding Links into your Documents

It is possible to embed web links (URLs) into your documents sent for signing.

Please note the following:

  • The link will not be clickable during the actual signing phase but will be available on the final signed document that the signatories access.

  • You can add links into your "custom message" that goes out when the Signature request email is sent, or if you have a custom template, that also can reference links.

  • Links can be added to any Form associated with your document template.

  • Before signing, the signatory has the opportunity to download a copy of the PDF and open it on their device.  Links can be followed here too.
