Reapit Template Duplication of Pages

Issue

There is a known issue with Reapit's letter generation process which can result in the duplication of pages when a document is generate from a template.

Resolution

This happens when a property has 2 key contacts with different addresses.

Edit the contact's details and untick the box for the 2nd contact which is labeled "Difference Address for Second Vendor / Landlord"

Then regenerate your document.
