Sending Reminders

Automatic Reminders

SignatureSense will automatically send reminders to your signatories if they are yet to sign / complete the document.

Each reminder will contain the secure link they need to sign, making the call to action as easy as possible.

The default schedule for the reminders is:  day 3, day 6 and day 9 after the initial request was sent.

This schedule is a good compromise between actively chasing your Signatories but not 'spamming' them with reminders.

Can we change the auto reminder schedule?

Yes - enterprise accounts can update the schedule to suit your requirements.  Please contact support.

Can we send "manual" reminders when we like?

Yes - simply click the "Send Reminder" link next to the signatory name when viewing the document details.
