Radar - Troubleshooting a document's status
MRi's Radar has an integration with SignatureSense which means that a document and signatory's status can be tracked from within Radar.
What to do if the status of a signatory is not showing correctly within Radar
If a situation arises that Radar is not showing the correct status for a signatory, please follow these steps:
1) Sign in to the SignatureSense portal. If you do not have access then your IT department will do, please ask them for assistance.
2) Click "Documents" at the top right corner of the dashboard
3) Cut and paste the email address of the signatory into the Email box
4) Change the "Owner" drop down box / filter to "All Users"
5) Click "Search" to list all documents sent to the Signatory:
6) Locate the document in question and click on the document's link to review its details
7) If the status shown does not match that on Radar then click "API Resend" next to the Signatory status. If you do not see this link then you do not have administrative rights. Please consult your IT department.
8) Within about 1 minute the updates to Radar will be resent and Radar should be updated.
Please allow up to 10 minutes but if the status is still not correct on Radar feel free to contact SignatureSense support via email. Ensure you provide the email address of the signatory in the email.
