Importing and Testing your Reapit Template

Your template is ready for testing once all of the Reapit Merge Codes and SignatureSense signing codes have been added.

1)  Showing / Hiding SignatureSense codes

SignatureSense coding will need to be hidden before you import the template into Reapit.  You should know how to make them visible / hidden in case you need to edit the document.  If you cannot see any SignatureSense coding in your template then they are already hidden.

When the template is open in Word, you should see a Style called "SignatureSense".  Right click on the style and click Modify, then change the font color to white to hide or, say, orange to show.

2)  Import the template into Reapit

This process is best described by watching this help video.  Note that Reapit needs to be restarted after the import before it can be seen as a template in "Letters".

2)  Test your template before use

Please ensure you have fully tested the template by sending it to a test signatory that you can use to complete the whole process.
