Creating a Pack of Documents In the SignatureSense Reapit App
Documents can be sent together in one "pack" using the SignatureSense App in Reapit.
This means that the Signatories will sign individual documents but they only receive one email request.
As each document is signed, it will individually be saved back into Reapit as normal.
How to Create a Pack
On your first document in the pack, when sending, change the "Pack" drop down options from "Send now" to "Create new pack". You can then choose a name for the pack with the default set as the property address.
Proceed to click "Send" and then confirm. This gets the document ready to be issued.
Adding the Next Document to the Pack
Get the next document ready in the normal way but this time in the Pack option list, select the pack that you have just created. You'll see the name you gave the pack in the list.
Sending the Pack
As you click "Send" on your final document in the pack, tick the box that says "Send Pack Now".
This triggers all of the documents in the pack to be available for signing and all parties are emailed.
