Reapit - Creating a Pack of Documents

Documents can be issued for signing individually OR grouped together in a "Pack".

A pack essentially means that the Signatories receive just one email requesting them to sign a group of documents.

During the signing process the Signatory is lead to sign the first document and then they are presented with a list of all of the other documents in the pack that also need signing.

Each document that is signed, is actually a separate document and can be signed / viewed / downloaded independently of each other.  I.e. it's possible for one document in a pack to be signed, but not the others.

Document packs are useful when you need to send more than one related document out for signing to the same group of people at the same time.

For example, this could be used for a tenancy pack or for sending Terms of Business and a Property Questionnaire at the same time to a Landlord.

Note that not all documents in a pack need the same Signatories.  For example you might have one document in the pack which requires the Agent and Landlord to sign, but another document which only needs the Landlord to sign.  The Signatories only see the documents that they need to sign.

How do I set up a Pack in the SignatureSense Reapit App?

Create your first document in the normal way, but before clicking "Send", change the drop down option under "Package", from the default "Send Now" to "Create new pack".

Then, provide a title for the pack.  The title defaults to the property address but can be changed to anything you like.  For example "Move in pack for 1 High Street":

Then click "Send" and finally click "Save to Pack".

This creates the Pack and adds the first document.

For the 2nd and all the remaining documents in the pack, follow the above but make sure you select your pack's title from the Package drop down list before clicking Send.

On your last document, when you are ready for the Pack to be sent, tick the check box "Send Pack Now" that you will see when clicking "Send" on each pack document:

Once the pack is sent, it is then removed from the drop down list of packs so no other documents can be added to that pack.
